Returns & Refund Policy

At Corporate Awards USA, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every award we produce. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Customized Products

All sales of customized or engraved products are final. Because these items are permanently personalized with your specific text, logos, or dates, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

  • Customer errors in spelling, grammar, or punctuation.

  • Design choices (font, layout, or size) approved during the proofing process.

  • Change of heart after the production process has begun.

2. The Proofing Process

To ensure your order is perfect, we provide digital proofs for all custom orders. Please review these carefully. Your approval of the proof serves as the final "green light" for production. Once approved, Corporate Awards USA is not responsible for any errors present in the approved design.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we pack our awards with extreme care, we know that shipping can sometimes be rough. If your order arrives damaged or if we made an error that differs from your approved proof:

  • Provide Evidence: Please include photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.

  • Our Resolution: We will prioritize a replacement of the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not possible due to deadlines, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Non-Customized Products

For items ordered without any engraving or customization:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
