Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Corporate Awards USA. We are committed to ensuring your awards arrive safely and on time for your big event. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Production vs. Shipping Time

Please keep in mind that "Shipping Time" is separate from "Production Time."

  • Production Time: This is the time it takes to design, engrave, and polish your awards. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after proof approval.

  • Shipping Time: This is the time the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) takes to deliver the package once it leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping tiers to meet your deadlines. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-Day and Overnight options are available for time-sensitive ceremonies.

  • Local Pickup: If you are in the Denver, Colorado area, you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping costs.

3. Proof Approval & Deadlines

Our shipping guarantees begin after you have approved your digital proof. Delays in proof approval will result in a delay in your shipping date.

Pro Tip: If you have an "Event Date" coming up quickly, please include it in the order notes so we can help you choose the best shipping method.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your awards have been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the United States. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. Because we often ship to commercial offices and venues, ensure that suite numbers, floor numbers, and company names are included. Corporate Awards USA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package:

  1. Check with building security, the mailroom, or neighbors.

  2. Contact the carrier directly to verify the GPS coordinates of the delivery.

  3. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at corporateawarsusa@gmial.com and we will assist you in filing a claim.
