2. Intellectual Property & Artwork

• Customer Ownership: You represent that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material you provide for engraving.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Corporate Awards USA harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from trademark infringement claims related to the artwork you provide.

• Production Rights: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content we deem offensive, hateful, or in violation of intellectual property laws.

3. Proofing & Accuracy

• The Final Word: Once you approve a digital proof, that approval is considered a binding contract for the final appearance of the product.

• Variations: Due to the nature of natural materials (such as wood grain, marble veining, or crystal clarity), slight variations between the digital proof and the physical product may occur. These are not considered defects.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in USD.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue products at any time.

• In the event of a pricing error on the site, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will issue a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Corporate Awards USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or missed event deadlines) resulting from the use of our products or delays caused by shipping carriers. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the items in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose.

• To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the store without notice.
